1) Panch-Abhyanga - therapeutic full body massage

Classical Abhyanga in 5 positions for inner cleansing and mental strengthening

Abhyanga, the full body massage is the queen of Ayurveda therapy. It has a detoxifying and regenerative effect and promotes inner peace, clarity and strength when applied according to type.

Vaidya Amarjeet Bhamra teaches the traditional Abhyanga in 5 positions in an authentic way with warm oil and a paste of chickpea flour. The combination of oils selected according to the type, the artful massage technique and the comprehensive knowledge about the effect of the treatment increases the positive effect of inner cleansing, skin care and mental strengthening.

2) Padam Abhyanga - special techniques of Indian foot massage

Your feet - the gateway to heaven

In Ayurveda, the feet are the energetic gateway to the organ systems of the body. Thousands of nerve endings connect the soles of the feet directly with each organ, body part and individual glands. Each foot is unique and reflects the individual constitution of the person in its shape and form.

The art of traditional Ayurvedic foot massage is based on a precise treatment technique, which individually adjusts the pressure, speed and exercise of the various massage strokes to balance the Dosha equilibrium.
By stimulating the Marmas (energy centers) and Nadis (energy pathways), the healing power of the massage flows through the entire body, leading to deep relaxation and regeneration. In Ayurvedic therapy, foot massage is also used to treat back, shoulder and neck pain, migraines, diabetes, digestive problems and depression.

Vaidya Amarjeet Bhamra teaches traditional Ayurvedic foot massage with clarity, precision and sensitivity. Thereby training the diagnostic view and spiritual dimension for a holistic therapy process, in which the hands learn to touch and treat body, mind and soul through the feet.

3) Shiro-Abhyanga - Indian head massage

Traditional head massage to relax and let go

ShiroAbhyanga is a deeply nourishing psycho-spiritual experience that attunes the body and mind for spontaneous healing. It calms the Vata Dosha, nourishes and calms the nervous system, relieves stress, cleanses the mind and senses of impressions, improves mental clarity as well as perception, making it a deeply relaxing experience. Mental issues such as anxiety, fear, anger or irritability can dissipate while the mind is guided into a state of serenity.

In the basic course of On-Site Indian Head Massage (OM), Amarjeet S. Bhamra introduces a treatment approach that has proven itself in practice, especially in corporate health management. Here OM improves the concentration and positive thinking of employees, increases their stress resistance and vitality.

4) Kati-Prusta - realignment of spine and pelvis

Authentic Ayurvedic therapies for the back

If one leg is shorter than the other, this can lead to a range of health problems, including pain in the neck, back, hips and legs. Affected clients often have a long history of suffering and have spent a lot of time trying to reach an accurate diagnosis.

In this seminar, experienced massage practitioner Amarjeet S. Bhamra will provide training in the KatiPrusta method. He will teach techniques to realign the spine and pelvis. The treatments will be fully clothed and non-invasive. All participants will have the opportunity to work on each other.

In particular, KatiPrusta has led to therapeutic success with the following issues:
- pain and back problems
- spinal conditions
- headaches and migraines
- leg length discrepancies
- sciatica pelvic problems.

5) Marma-Asthana - authentic marma therapy with Amarjeet Bhamra

Theory and practice of hidden ayurvedic sciences of nadis and prana

Marma-Asthana is the name of the connection points between mind, body and consciousness. Even more: they are the seams of cosmos and individual, the cosmic switchboards in the human organism, through which a complex network of 72,000 nadis communicates. In this regard, the ancient Indian traditional sciences speak of 108 marma asthana, located at the intersections of nadi, where all pranas meet.

Study the hidden sciences (Gupt-Vidya) of the ancient Vedic world and immerse yourself in Marma-Asthana, one of the most important Ayurvedic teachings for manual therapies. With this challenging advanced training, you will gain a deep understanding and expertise of authentic Marma therapy as it is otherwise only taught in India. With many practical exercises you will learn to apply the techniques of Ayurvedic treatment methods.

6) Jiva & Nuh - ayurvedic diagnosis of tongue & nails

Traditional diagnostic methods for therapeutic practice

In Ayurveda, the tongue is the window to the digestive tract. The organs with their disorders are depicted on it and the analysis of their shape, colour and coating reveals the individual metabolic processes that lead to health or disease. In the same way, the condition of doshas, dhatus and organs can be diagnosed by a thorough examination of the nails and hands.

Learn to understand tongue and nails ayurvedically and read on them the present state of Vata, Pitta, Kapha and Agni.
Deepen your knowledge and practical application of tongue examination to identify how the digestive fire Agni works, whether Ama disturbances are present and which treatment concept is the right one for detoxing and metabolic regulation based on colour, moisture, coating, tongue size, shape, contour, surface and edges.

With the traditional diagnosis of nails and hands Nuh-Pariksha you can recognize aging, degeneration and metabolic problems by analyzing white spots, brittle or split nails as well as yellowish, bluish or pale coloring of the nails.Because every nail changes in the course of aging and reflects the natural Vata processes that decide about physical renewal or degeneration.

To recognize all this and to develop suitable Ayurvedic strategies to balance it, is the goal of this practice-diagnosis-seminar of the experienced Ayurveda-Vaidya Amarjeet S. Bhamra.
