What makes our food truly healing?

Ayurvedic nutrition distinguishes between "food as food" and "food as medicine". In order to let the daily food become medicine, different factors must be considered in the selection, preparation and administration.
All these factors are taken into account in the Ayurvedic healing diet with its rules and recipes, which are designed to strengthen the digestive system, detoxify the body and nourish the body tissues in a regenerative way.

Study the in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic nutritional therapy in theory and practice and learn to apply individually oriented nutritional and fasting strategies for different constitution types and complaints.
