Win Silvester

Win Silvester has a master's degree in health management. He is also an Ayurveda health coach (IHK), athletics and mental coach in top-level sports, and a speaker in workplace health promotion. He completed studies in Ayurvedic medicine at the European Academy of Ayurveda, in India as well as in Sri Lanka.
