Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy of Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally known specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with training participants and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for the Ayurvedic art of cooking as a cook and cooking course instructor in the Birstein Ayurveda Center. Mark Rosenberg heads the European Academy of Ayurveda and is managing partner of the Rosenberg Ayurveda Companies. He has many years of experience as a business consultant, Vastu expert and yoga teacher BDY/EYU. He also holds the office of Chairman of the Board VEAT - Berufsverband Europäischer Ayurveda-Mediziner und -Therapeuten e.V. He was awarded the prestigious Vaidya Sundarlal Joshi Memorial Management Award by MGMS (India) to recognize his special management achievements in the field of Ayurveda. He also received the IASTAM Pandit Shiv Sharma Oration Award.
