The Ayurveda Children's Kitchen

Healthy, tasty and family friendly cooking for kids

Healthy nutrition must taste good. This guiding principle of Ayurvedic nutrition is especially important for children. Because in order to compete with Nutella, bear sausage and fruit gnomes, Ayurvedic cuisine must have more to offer than rice, dal and vegetables.

Get to the stove: In this seminar you will get to know Ayurvedic children's cuisine in all its pleasurable variety and dietary quality. Together we will cook delicious menus for the whole family and show simple recipes for children of all ages. From Ayurvedic baby porridge to a large family menu, there is something for everyone.
