Holistic approaches to cancer therapy for body and psyche

Cancer - this diagnosis usually deeply shocks those affected and their relatives, triggers fears and not infrequently feelings of helplessness and resignation. It is a disease which, from an Ayurvedic point of view, lends itself to a complementary therapeutic treatment approach in which conventional medicine and Ayurveda can be used in a complementary way.

As a physician and researcher, Dr. Ram Manohar has intensively studied the possible applications of the Ayurvedic therapeutic spectrum for holistic cancer therapy. In his seminar he conveys the variety of rational, psychological and spiritual therapy methods of Ayurveda for the accompaniment and treatment during the different stages of a cancer disease.
Using practical examples, he gives valuable impulses for the practical use of nutritional and herbal therapies, massages and Pancakarma. In this way, he shows how Ayurvedic physicians, as well as nutritionists, therapists and mental coaches, can accompany patients and their relatives through the difficult process in a holistic way.
