Study tour: Ayurveda Nutrition Therapy in India - Food as Medicine

Study Ayurveda at universities in the country of origin

The study tour on Ayurvedic dietetics and phytotherapy takes place under the guidance of India's leading professor of Dravyaguna (nutrition and herbal therapy), Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari, at the renowned All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Delhi/India. The travel group will be accompanied by Kerstin Rosenberg and will receive daily lessons in theory and practice. Thus the participants deepen their knowledge about the therapeutic application of food, spices and herbs. The knowledge of menu composition and preparation of dietetic food is deepened every day in practical cooking units on Ayurvedic healing cuisine.

The intensive program is designed as an advanced training for Ayurvedic nutritionists, therapists and physicians. The study program includes 6 hours of daily instruction in theory and practice by Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari and her team, as well as excursions to other Ayurvedic institutions.
