Study Ayurveda at universities in the country of origin

The study tour on Ayurveda dietetics and phytotherapy will take place under the guidance of India's leading professor of Dravyaguna (nutrition and herbal therapy), Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari, at the renowned All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) in Delhi/India. The travel group will be accompanied by Kerstin Rosenberg and will receive daily lessons in theory and practice. In this way the participants deepen their knowledge of the therapeutical application of food, spices and herbs. The knowledge about the menu composition and preparation of dietetic meals is deepened each day in practical cooking units to the ayurvedischen welfare kitchen.

The intensive program is designed as an advanced training for Ayurvedic nutritionists, therapists and physicians. The study program includes 6 hours of daily teaching in theory and practice by Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari and her team as well as excursions to other Ayurvedic institutions.
