Practical anatomy in the context of yoga and Ayurveda

Discover the body in motion

Anatomy and Physiology for Massage and Yoga Teachers
Touch, feel, palpate, press, listen, listen, turn: the tools in our Anatomy/Physiology course are our senses and mindfulness.
To intensify a massage or a yoga class, to be attentive in case of injuries, to know limitations, we need a profound knowledge of the main anatomical structures. However, looking at pictures does not allow us to really understand the body. It is only in movement that the living picture emerges.
