Practical anatomy in the context of Yoga and Ayurveda

Discover the body in motion

Anatomy and physiology for massage and yoga teachers
Touch, feel, palpate, press, listen, listen, turn: the tools in our anatomy/physiology course are our senses and mindfulness.
To intensify a massage or a yoga class, to be attentive in case of injuries, to know limitations, we need a profound knowledge of the most important anatomical structures. However, looking at pictures does not allow us to really understand the body. It is only in the movement that the living picture emerges.
