Healing with movement - Yoga Ayurveda Therapy

Healing with movement

Yoga and Ayurveda - together they work even better. You will be able to experience this guiding principle of the YogaCikitsa therapy training for yourself in this intensive seminar: While practicing together, moving and finding stillness, focusing and expanding - all in the context of Yoga-Ayurveda therapy as a supplement in yoga classes.
Through intensive observation and practice of asanas and other postures, you will learn to understand and gently correct individual movement patterns and their changes. We accompany you with condensed expert knowledge in order to use the regenerating lifestyle of Ayurveda in combination with therapeutic yoga techniques to strengthen resilience and contentment.
