  • Learn the Ayurvedic art of healing in a practical and authentic way.

  • Become a Heilpraktiker*in with state recognition and use the innovative course concept with supplementary video lessons.

The training to become a non-medical practitioner is an intensive specialized study of modern medicine. You can complete it independently or in combination with our study of Ayurvedic medicine, which is only open to members or aspirants of a medical profession.

Ayurveda as a healing method
Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine that has proven itself for centuries. If you would like to work with this method, it is recommended that you study Ayurveda medicine in addition to your Heilpraktiker training.

Our lecturers have many years of Ayurvedic background. This enables a lively study, in which not only the extensive knowledge of the healing science is conveyed, but also your personality development and therapist competence receives individual support.

Learning objectives

Competence gain
- You acquire basic knowledge in anatomy and physiology to successfully pass the Heilpraktiker examination before the health authority.
- You will be able to make reliable diagnoses for your clients with the help of modern medicine.
- With the Ayurveda Basic Course you will get a profound insight into the Ayurvedic principles and therapies.
- You know the legal and medical possibilities and limits of your profession and can clearly recognize when the patient needs medical treatment.

Structure

In three steps to become a non-medical practitioner with study of Ayurveda medicine

Step 1: Training as a non-medical practitioner
35 days of intensive seminars HP + optional 6 days Ayurveda basic course
Through the seminars with guided preparation and follow-up as well as extensive training materials you will receive the basic knowledge of modern medicine, i.e. anatomy, physiology, pathology, supplemented with hygiene and legal knowledge.

The HP training blocks comprise 9 x 3 days of contact teaching, including short revision courses, as well as a practical seminar and exam preparation of 4 days each.

Here you can systematically deepen your medical knowledge. We recommend that you also attend the Ayurveda Basic Course (6 days) and, building on this, at least the Basic Course in Ayurveda Medicine. This way you will learn modern medicine together with Ayurveda from the very beginning.
