Ayurvedic gynecology Striroga has many facets: from fertility treatment to pregnancy support to the treatment of gynecological disorders, menstrual and menopausal problems. The focus is always on the holistic health of women and the use of effective treatment methods for a fulfilled femininity and natural hormone balance.

The Women's Health Coach training is a hands-on advanced training in the use of effective Ayurvedic therapies for women's physical and mental health. Building on the fundamentals of Ayurvedic women's health, you will learn special massage techniques as well as the use of indigenous and Ayurvedic medicinal herbs to treat women's ailments such as endometeriosis, menstrual or menopausal symptoms. But also psychological and spiritual therapies of Ayurveda are used in discussion groups and rituals for women on topics such as femininity, sexuality or aging.

- Basis of Ayurvedic gynecology: femininity, anatomy and physiology
- Use and practical application of indigenous and Ayurvedic medicinal plants in childbearing and pregnancy, menstrual and menopausal complaints
- Special techniques of Ayurvedic massage for fertility enhancement in childbearing, hormone balancing in menopausal complaints and women's complaints such as endometriosis, cysts or prolapse complaints.
- Ayurvedic support during pregnancy and postpartum with massage, nutrition and health recommendations
- Ayurvedic home pharmacy for women with painful or absent periods, PMS, endometriosis, fibroids or cysts.
- Treat menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disorders or weight gain ayurvedically

b) Option for participants from Germany and Austria: monthly installments of 250 EUR each by direct debit. The payment (debit) of the monthly installments will be made on the 1st of each month, starting from the month of the beginning of the training booked here, for eAcademy modules immediately. If the training begins with modules of the eAcademy, the activation takes place provisionally immediately after receipt of the deposit, regularly then after receipt of the first monthly installment.

Learning checks and qualification test

In this specialized course, you prove on the digital learning platform that you have internalized the knowledge from this course.

- Learning checks: Each module ends with a learning check to assure you and us that you have achieved the learning objectives. It contains 20 multiple choice questions and must be passed with at least 70%. You can take the learning check a maximum of three times.

- Qualification test: At the end, you will be activated on the learning platform for a qualification test. You will be asked 5 multiple choice questions. You have two attempts to answer them correctly.

After you have successfully passed everything, you have reached your goal: Your certificate as an Ayurveda Women's Health Coach is ready for you to download from the learning platform.
