Training in Yoga-Ayurveda Therapy

Ayurveda and Yoga - together they work (even) better. You will quickly experience this motto as the special thing about our advanced training courses for yoga teachers. Because with us you will study and deepen your yoga in an open, life-affirming and undogmatic way, combined with a high level of expertise in Ayurveda, the knowledge of healthy living and healing.

In Yoga Ayurveda Therapy you will acquire valuable additional qualifications to teach people with specific health complaints.

With the advanced training to become a Yoga-Health-Coach (IHK) you will receive the tools to successfully become self-employed and active in company health care.

Common to all offers is the warm atmosphere at the European Academy for Ayurveda. Look forward to practicing in beautiful rooms, small groups and a healing spirit.

YogaChikitsa: Advanced training for certified

Yoga Ayurveda Therapist

Using yoga and Ayurveda as an individual therapy - that's what we call YogaChikitsa.

  • What you need: A completed yoga teacher training.
  • What you want to achieve: To balance physical or psychological complaints with yoga.
  • This will help you: The knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine.

166.5 hours attendance (equivalent online)
360 learning hours
Examination with degree: Yoga Ayurveda Therapist
Prior knowledge: Completed physiotherapist or yoga teacher training (at least 200h and experience in teaching).
IHK certificate course for health promotion

Yoga Health Coach (IHK)

Working successfully with yoga requires a lot of enthusiasm - but also a clever concept.

  • Learn to implement your business ideas in such a way that they are well received.
  • Establish yourself in the emerging business field of corporate prevention.
  • Meaningful advanced training for yoga teachers, offered in cooperation with the Hanau Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

37.5 hours attendance (equivalent online)
130 learning hours
Optional: IHK certificate as Ayurveda/Yoga Health Coach (IHK)
Prior knowledge: Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or Yoga. For the acquisition of an IHK certificate: Ayurveda nutritionist, therapist or yoga teacher (200h).
