How can I recognize a good Ayurveda training course?

If you decide to learn and practice Ayurveda, you are setting an important course for your health - and perhaps even finding your new vocation. So it's good to have a comprehensive understanding of the traditional art of healing and living right from the start. But how can you recognize a really well-founded, reputable Ayurveda training course?

The courses on offer are varied and difficult to compare. Some training courses appear cheap at first glance, but on closer inspection they often lack substance, scope or practical relevance. With this guide, we would like to help you better assess the quality of an Ayurveda training course and find out which criteria are important.

A crucial point: How clear and comprehensible are the scope, content and costs of the training?

Learning hours and pricing

  • How many learning hours does the training course comprise in total?
  • How long does a teaching unit last - 30, 45 or 60 minutes?
  • How many learning hours will be spent in class, how many on self-study with learning assignments?
