Ayurveda Is Feminine—Who Am I as a Woman?

For you. And as a foundation for your work with women.

Women have often learned to function through their bodies without truly inhabiting them. This seminar invites you to perceive yourself differently: as a woman, in your strength and vulnerability, in your relationships, cycles, and needs. Here, you’ll encounter the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda not just with your mind, but by feeling and reflecting on it—as a path of experience leading to your true self.

Over the course of three days, you’ll experience the feminine perspective of Ayurveda. You’ll encounter the doshas as your own qualities, reflect on your roles and values, discover cyclicality as a resource, and experience how empowering a safe space with a community of women can be. The central question is: Where am I right now, and what truly nourishes me?

This self-exploration has value in and of itself. At the same time, it forms the foundation of the training to become an Ayurvedic Women’s Health Coach: Those who know themselves as women can later support other women more clearly, honestly, and with genuine presence.
