I would like to find out more about the training?

Ayurvedic psychology is like a mirror of the soul: look into it and recognize the true nature of yourself and others.

By training to become an Ayurveda Mental Health Coach, you take the first step on your path to psychology and life coaching according to the holistic principles of Ayurveda. You will gain a new understanding of the connections and functions of body, mind and soul. The living knowledge of Ayurvedic psychology will help you to better understand the different constitutional types with their changeable and unchangeable personality traits. Building on this, you will explore the different personality types with their psychological strengths and weaknesses and learn type-appropriate communication techniques that lead to new insights.

Use the holistic recommendations for a healthy diet and lifestyle, including spices, herbs and relaxation techniques, to strengthen your mental health and balance out stress-related complaints.

Those who already work in a medical profession or advise others can supplement their own range of therapies with holistic Ayurvedic approaches. In addition, the specialist course is a valuable self-awareness experience that provides inspiration for your own life.

How is the training structured?

Become an Ayurveda Mental Health Coach with four training modules. You can complete these:

  • completely as an online course
  • in blended learning with online and face-to-face courses according to individual choice
  • in lively practical seminars at the weekend at all Academy locations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland

Two modules are primarily dedicated to coaching techniques for counseling practice - with many practical exercises, case studies and supervision. These can be attended as a live webinar or practical course on site:

  • Seeing with the heart - Ayurvedic psychology according to type APE
  • Communication and coaching for the counseling practice AKO

In addition, our Ayurveda basic course provides you with in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda basics, constitution determination and therapy methods. You can also complete this in the online training of our eAcademy at any time and from any location:

  • Ayurveda basic course: Concepts and disease factors ABK
  • Ayurveda basic course: constitution and medicine ABH

Optional follow-up:
Building on this, you have the opportunity to train as a Psychological Ayurveda Consultant and seal your qualification with a certificate from the Academy. In 4 further modules , you will deepen your knowledge in order to use Ayurveda specifically for psychological and psychosomatic complaints and to competently support people in crisis situations.
