Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy of Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally known specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with training participants and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for the Ayurvedic art of cooking as a cook and cooking course instructor in the Birstein Ayurveda Center. As a book author she has published numerous Ayurveda books, some of them bestsellers of Ayurveda literature in the German-speaking countries...
