Ayurveda medicine: studies and training for doctors

This basic course forms the foundation for our medically oriented training courses. Specially designed for medical practitioners, it focuses on the use of Ayurveda for doctors. The module teaches basic Ayurvedic concepts and ancient Indian ideas. Examples are used to create a practical link to our life situation.

The basic course is the foundation of medical-therapeutic training, especially for medical practitioners. The module deals with the application of Ayurveda in European practices. This seminar is all about women's health: Ayurveda doctor and yoga therapist Silva Zitzmann teaches Ayurvedic medicinal plants and recipes in combination with yoga and breathing therapy, which strengthen the female hormones, organs and psyche in a holistic way and provide support in the treatment of women's ailments.
