Dr. Astrid Gerstemeier holds a doctorate in ecotrophology, is an Ayurvedic nutrition and health consultant (European Academy of Ayurveda), certified nutritionist (VDOE), nutritionist for allergology (DAAB) and coach for holistic personality coaching (Academy for Holistic Leadership). She has been self-employed for over 20 years in her own practice for holistic classical and Ayurvedic nutritional advice and coaching. From 2001-2006 she was also head of the nutrition department at the outpatient neurodermatitis therapy center Schwelmer Modell. In 2010, she founded the Sonnenberg Health Center in Wiesbaden, which she still runs today. In holistic coaching sessions, she supports clients in developing new behaviors to improve their quality of life. As an experienced lecturer and specialist speaker, she trains professionals and patients in Ayurvedic and classical nutrition.

Theresa Rosenberg was able to gain a lot of practical experience with the Ayurvedic art of healing and living in Europe and India at a young age. Parallel to her university studies in Ayurveda medicine MSc, she completed her training as a naturopath. Today, she applies her extensive knowledge as a medical spa director, lecturer and internationally sought-after seminar and workshop leader. An important focus of her work as an Ayurveda expert and book author is in her specialist field of "Ayurveda for animals". She is the developer, lecturer and director of modern online training courses for "Ayurveda Animal Health Coach" and "Ayurveda Animal Therapist". She also acts as General Secretary of the IAVA (International Association for Veterinary Ayurveda) in Odisha. Her responsibilities include the training and further education of veterinarians in veterinary Ayurveda medicine.

Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy for Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally renowned specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with trainees and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for Ayurvedic cooking as a chef and cooking course instructor at the Birstein Ayurveda Center. As an author, she has published numerous Ayurveda books, some of them bestsellers in Ayurveda literature in German-speaking countries.
