Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari MD (Ayu) PhD is an Ayurvedic physician, Professor and Head of the Department of Medicinal Plants and Pharmacology at the All India Institute (AIIA) in Delhi. In 2018, she was appointed Director General of AIIA, the apex institute for Ayurveda of the Government of India. She is considered one of the leading authorities on Ayurvedic nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and medicinal herbal pharmacology. She is also the director of Ayurveda Rasashala, an Indian pharmaceutical company, and has many years of experience as a didactician and researcher.

Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy of Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally known specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with training participants and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for the Ayurvedic art of cooking as a cook and cooking course instructor in the Birstein Ayurveda Center.
