Mom and dad as pediatricians ... or rather to the Ayurveda specialist?

More and more children and young people are suffering from chronic illnesses and psychological complaints. This disturbing development can be attributed in large part to today's lifestyle of unhealthy diets, lack of exercise and an excess of stress-inducing sensory stimulation. Likewise, in times of worldwide virus outbreaks, the topic of prevention and health enhancement is coming into focus more and more. It is therefore no wonder that Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, with its natural and holistic approach to therapy, is gaining more and more popularity and recognition (also) in pediatrics.

The focus of this practice-oriented seminar is the child with all its needs and distresses. The development of diseases in childhood will be examined and discussed from an Ayurvedic as well as from a conventional medical point of view. Practical case studies show the application of individual therapy options of Ayurvedic pediatrics, from herbal and nutritional therapy to massage, yoga and elimination procedures.

Learn to use the knowledge of traditional Ayurvedic medicine with modern, conventional medical knowledge for the benefit of children and adolescents to achieve even better success in treatment and especially in the field of prevention.

Cause and development of diseases in childhood from an Ayurvedic and conventional medical point of view
- Practical guide to constitution determination, diagnosis and diagnosis of young children

Dr. Christian Rackwitz

Dr. Christian Rackwitz is a specialist in general medicine and an expert in Ayurvedic pediatrics. He completed his studies in Ayurvedic medicine at the European Academy of Ayurveda and now works there as a research coordinator and lecturer as part of the "Ayurveda Children's Health Coach" training program.
