Giving and receiving Ayurvedic massage & nutritional advice

Would you like to feel more confident in applying your Ayurvedic skills? Would you like to experience the transformative power of massages, oil treatments, nutritional and health advice tailored to your Dosha type on your own body and mind?
Then our practical weekend is just right for you!

Together with other Ayurveda students, you will practice applying the massage or nutritional advice techniques you have learned. You will alternate between the roles of therapist and client.

Under the supervision of our experienced Ayurveda therapists, you will create a soothing Ayurveda spa atmosphere: you will give and receive massages, practise Ayurvedic constitution determination and be diagnosed. You will develop an individually tailored catalog of recommendations for a client and learn how to accompany others emotionally through their treatment process in a holistic way.

Aspiring Ayurveda nutrition and health consultants not only enjoy Ayurveda massages tailored to their type, but also have the opportunity to give their "therapists" Ayurvedic advice and create an individually tailored nutrition plan after a comprehensive medical history.

Look forward to a fulfilling Ayurveda weekend where you can practise and learn a lot with others and at the same time experience how wonderful it is to give and receive Ayurvedic massages and consultations. A guided supporting program with yoga and meditation in the morning, group exchange in the evening and wholesome Ayurveda cuisine accompany this intensive practical training retreat.

The practical training days with supervision are fully recognized as an internship by the European Academy of Ayurveda and the VEAT - Professional Association of European Ayurvedic Doctors and Therapists.
