On July 21 and 22, 2023, in the course of Rosenberg Ayurveda's 30th anniversary, the Ayurvedic art of living and cooking will be celebrated at a festival in Birstein that has been specially created for this purpose.
Established Ayurveda cooks and cookbook authors as well as promising newcomers present their "Signature Dishes" at the first Ayurveda Food Festival : Ayurvedic Tapas, Antipasti, Ayurveda meets Greek Cuisine, Chapatis with Chutneys, Energy Balls, Laddus and Ayurvedic Fusion Kitchen. On this occasion, the Annapurna Medal, endowed with EUR 500,-, will be offered and awarded to the best Ayurvedic chef of the year 2023 on the basis of a visitor vote.
In the versatile master program likewise everything turns around healthy meal, benefit & Diätetik. On both days exciting lectures, Workshops & Kochshows for beginners and experts take place.
It goes on Friday among other things around: Type-fair Ayurveda nutrition, fast Ayurveda kitchen for the everyday life or Ayurvedische woman herbs and witch brew. On Friday evening the Ayurveda party with cocktails and Mocktails for each Dosha type promises a special conclusion. Starting at 8 p.m., Manoj Kurian of Masala Movement will provide the appropriate Ayurvedic beats on the outdoor dance floor.
Saturday begins with "Yoga in the morning for a strong Agni & the good Dosha flow" before from 8:30 ayurvedic breakfast with freshly baked breakfast waffles, vegan porridge with fruits, Indian Sheera as well as homemade, constitutionally appropriate granola is offered. Over the remaining day again numerous lectures and Workshops take place: e.g. Ayurveda Superfoods, successfully to the own Ayurveda cookbook, welfare Ayurveda kitchen as well as Ayurveda prescriptions for cat, dog and horse u.v.m.. The festival ends on Saturday around 15:30 with a closing ceremony and the Annapurna award ceremony.
