How do you gather all this information? A detailed interview, palpation, and Ayurvedic methods of the three-, eight-, and ten-fold examinations provide the crucial clues.

You are able to:

conduct a medical history interview independently and with care, covering all relevant aspects
determine the basic Ayurvedic constitution (prakriti) and the mental-emotional constitution (sattva)
to confidently perform Ayurvedic examinations (rogi pariksha)—that is, the three-, eight-, and ten-fold diagnoses—including pulse and tongue diagnosis
to identify Ayurvedic pathophysiological imbalances (vikriti)
apply Ayurvedic principles and proceed systematically
