Ayurveda for Women – Nutrition, Ojas, and Feminine Vitality

Boost Your Health and Manage Stress with Confidence

How does what a woman consumes transform into true life force? Ayurveda describes this path in its ancient texts—from food to the body’s tissues to ojas, the finest essence of feminine vitality. This seminar translates this process into practical application and shows how women’s health can be strengthened from the ground up through nutrition and lifestyle.

You’ll learn about the female constitution and the dosha life cycles, and discover how to support women through their various phases: from building up life force to trying to conceive, through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Another focus is on mental health and stress-related symptoms—women juggling career and family in particular can find balance through Ayurveda in a natural and effective way.

The module is led by Petra Wolfinger, an Ayurveda practitioner, yoga teacher, and registered nurse who has been combining women’s health, stress prevention, and lifestyle coaching with a wealth of experience for over twenty years.
