This advanced training offers the unique opportunity to study Ayurvedic dietetics with the internationally renowned Ayurvedic physician and Dravyaguna luminary Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari.
The focus is on the complex mechanisms of action of Rasa, Guna, Virya and Vipaka of food on Agni, Doshas, Dhatus and Srotas. Building on this, recipes, recommendations and nutritional plans for selected symptoms are explained in detail and demonstrated in practice.
