  • Dosha workshop: Vata, Pitta or Kapha - which type am I? Get to know your personal constitution and find out how to live in harmony with your doshas.
  • Ayurvedic massage: With artful touches, our expert therapists give you a pleasurable experience for all the senses - simply let go and feel pure well-being.
  • Evening relaxation: End a fulfilling day with a journey inwards and prepare yourself for a restful night's sleep.
  • Stay overnight with Vedic charm: Stylish living with Indian accents or would you prefer a simple retreat? Relax in your favorite room after a day full of inspiration.
  • Yoga in the morning: A mindful yoga class clears your mind and gently stimulates your body. Greet the new morning with fresh energy.
  • Culinary delights from organic Ayurvedic cuisine: Ayurveda tastes so good! In the evening, we spoil you with a creative, vegetarian menu. Guest houses are available on the campus of the European Academy of Ayurveda. You can choose from rooms of different categories for your overnight stay during the training. Ayurvedic full board from our organic kitchen is included in the room price.
