Ayurveda considers pulse diagnosis to be one of the most intensive methods of establishing an empathic connection between doctor and patient. This is because the experienced pulse reader can use the pulse to sense the person in their holistic dimension.
In this sense, Ayurvedic pulse reading is a form of diagnosis as well as a technique for effective communication and profound transformational work. To learn it, you need a lot of practical practice under the guidance of a trusted teacher. Theoretical Ayurveda knowledge is also important, but the fundamental principle of pulse reading is: "Knowing is not doing - doing is doing!"

Learn to read a person's pulse and recognize their true nature. The experienced Ayurvedic practitioner Sascha Kriese will introduce you to the holistic dimension and in-depth techniques of Ayurvedic pulse reading in a competent and inspiring way. Sascha Kriese

Sascha Kriese BA Hons (Ayu) runs his Ayurveda practice in Brighton and teaches the Ayurvedic art of healing in various European countries. He completed a three-year Ayurveda course at Thames Valley University London and learned the art of pulse reading in India from his mentor Dr. Pankaj Naram. He has been running his own Ayurveda practice in Brighton for many years. He is also Co-President of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association (APA). As a teacher, he is gripping and present.
