Dravyaguna - the properties of substances - is the name given by Ayurveda to its highly sophisticated theory of medically effective plants and other substances. We get to know the criteria by which Ayurveda describes and systematizes individual plants. We will try them out and practically classify them. Indications and contraindications are analyzed.
