The Subdoshas - expert knowledge for practical use

More than Vata, Pitta, Kapha - in-depth Dosha expertise for therapy and counseling

In Ayurveda, the subdoshas are considered to be the finely differentiated functional principles that connect the body, mind and soul in all their complexity. Those who understand them gain a new, precise view of complaints, regulatory processes and therapeutic options.

In this two-day training course with the experienced Ayurvedic doctor, psychotherapist and phytotherapist Dr. Kalyani Nergersheth, the Subdoshas are taught systematically, practically and clearly - in line with the high didactic standards of the Rosenberg Academy. Participants learn how the subdoshas complement each other, how they interact with each other to affect organs, circulation and disease processes and how to recognize their characteristic imbalances.

Particularly valuable: the subdoshas have both physical and psychological functions and can therefore play a central role in both diagnostic assessment and therapeutic support. Many of them can be specifically regulated - through the use of selected spices and herbs, nutrition, special treatments and holistic interventions of Ayurvedic psychotherapy.
