Touching the Soul - Psychology and Philosophy of Ayurveda

Touching the soul - psychotherapeutic use of meditation, mindfulness and talk therapy according to Ayurveda

Philosophy means 'love of wisdom' - exactly this love you will discover when you look at the human being from the universal philosophy of Ayurveda in its different dimensions of body, psyche and self
Every smallest aspect reveals the causal connections of creation and will fascinate you again and again.

Dive into the medium of all thought processes, penetrate to the spiritual core of the human being. What possibilities of development does the individual have? How can psychic balance be achieved? How do meditation, yoga or pranayama affect the psyche? All this is explained to us by the ancient Ayurvedic doctors with effective strategies to promote or restore the psychological balance.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Martin Mittwede, Indologist, religious scholar and psychotherapist, you will study the philosophical principles of yoga and Ayurveda as a practical guide to psychotherapy and become intimately acquainted with Ayurvedic scriptures and concepts for mental well-being. Also the practical self-experience will not be neglected with many exercises!
Thus, this seminar is well suited for those interested in psychology and spirituality, but also for therapists.
