Touching the soul - the psychology and philosophy of Ayurveda

Touching the soul - psychotherapeutic use of meditation, mindfulness and Ayurvedic talk therapy

Philosophy means 'love of wisdom' - you will discover precisely this love when you look at the human being from the universal philosophy of Ayurveda in its various dimensions of body, psyche and self
Every tiny aspect reveals the causal connections of creation and will fascinate you again and again.

Immerse yourself in the medium of all thought processes, penetrate to the spiritual core of the human being. What development opportunities does the individual have? How can psychological balance be achieved? How do meditation, yoga or pranayama affect the psyche? The Ayurvedic doctors of antiquity explain all this to us with effective strategies to promote or restore mental balance.

Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Martin Mittwede, Indologist, religious scholar and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, you will study the philosophical principles of yoga and Ayurveda as a practical guide to psychotherapy and get to know the Ayurvedic scriptures and concepts for mental well-being in detail. Practical self-awareness will also not be neglected with many exercises!
This seminar is therefore suitable for those interested in psychology and spirituality, but also for therapists.
