Yoni Svedana - therapeutic sitz steam bath for women

Traditional rituals for women's health

Ayurvedic gynecology pays great attention to the area of Yoni Roga (imbalances & diseases of the female pelvis) and describes various treatment approaches, including Yoni Svedana. In Yoni Svedana, plants and herbs are used in combination with steam for prevention and as a healing remedy to balance and prevent imbalances and sensitivities in the woman's yoni area.
Irregularities in the menstrual cycle, cycle complaints, unpleasant side effects during and after the menopause, but also the desire to have children and childbirth are among the areas in which Yoni Svedana is effective. The seminar teaches the theoretical principles and practical application of Yoni Svedana for integration into your own practice.
