Win Silvester looks back on decades of successful self-employment. During this time he developed from a fitness and health trainer to a 2-time book author, a mental coach in top international sports and a much sought-after speaker in corporate health management and leadership development. He holds an MA in Health Management and an MSc in Applied Psychology.
