Stephanie Albert is a complementary therapist with a federal diploma in the method Ayurveda Therapy (OdA KT). Previously, she completed trainings as an Ayurvedic nutrition therapist, yoga teacher and Ayurvedic cook. Her qualifications are rounded off by basic knowledge of traditional medicine and a degree as an adult educator. She runs her own practice in Langnau (Switzerland). She has always been particularly interested in integrating Ayurveda into Western health care systems.
