Stefanie Diethelm

Complementary therapist in the Ayurveda therapy method (OdA KT), yoga teacher, BSc in Hospitality Management

Stefanie Diethelm is head of department, lecturer and mentor for REAA in Switzerland. She works in her own practice as a complementary therapist specializing in Ayurveda and teaches yoga, meditation and Pilates in a yoga studio in Zurich. Her focus is on the practical application of Ayurveda in everyday life and the integration of this ancient, wise science into modern society. She brings the knowledge of Ayurvedic nutrition, manual therapy, psychotherapy and lifestyle into an understandable form and is convinced from the bottom of her heart that Ayurveda will revolutionize the health industry in the future.
