Foot massage miracle cure

Instructions for self-massage of the feet

Massaging the feet not only relaxes the whole body, but also has a particularly grounding effect on the mind and senses. It draws the heat out of the body, which can have a soothing effect on headaches and back pain. It also strengthens the feet. A wonderful means of self-care!

The preparation

You will need a towel, warm socks, warm oil (traditionally ghee), a nice place to relax and, if you wish, soft music in the background. We recommend performing the foot massage regularly in the evening, if you can manage it at around the same time.
