Chicken roulade with paprika vegetables

Ayurvedic recipe

A recipe by Udo Schneider from the Ayurveda kitchen in Birstein

 

Ayurveda cuisine does not have to be vegetarian.

 

For 4 persons

4 chicken fillets

 

For the filling:

Fresh herbs

Almonds

Ginger

Chili

salt

Blend in a food processor.

Slice 6 onions.

Line the pan with onions, place the chicken rolls in and cover again with a layer of onions.

Add grill seasoning and salt.

 

For the paprika vegetables

Red, yellow, green peppers

saute in ghee, onions, garlic and spices

add parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, tomato paste.
