Cooking Ayurvedic can be quite simple and can be done with little time. You will learn the basics of Ayurvedic cooking: How to use spices, the different variations of vegetables, how to prepare grains, and sources of protein.

Along the way, you will learn what to look for in the menu composition and how to feel better, healthier and better thanks to Ayurvedic principles.

2) Ayurvedic cuisine - with variations for dosha balancing

You know your basic constitution and want to eat accordingly? Learn in this one-day course how to put together ayurvedic menus tailored to you. We will also address individual requirements, such as the time factor, family or work.

In addition, we discuss how the implementation for a family table can succeed and what to pay attention to.

3) Ayurvedic healing cuisine: gluten and lactose free

This day demonstrates vividly that Ayurvedic cuisine is not only tasty and healthy, but can specifically compensate for nutritional complaints. You will learn about the healing effects of spices and foods and acquire the knowledge to cook for a specific clinical picture.

In addition, you will learn how food affects our psyche and how we can also influence our mind with the right diet.

4) Ayurvedic cooking - regional, vegetarian, vegan

Vegetarian and vegan cuisine is in vogue. More and more people want to completely avoid the use of animal products for ethical or health reasons.

In this cooking course you will learn how vegan and vegetarian cuisine can be implemented with the holistic nutritional approaches of Ayurvedic cooking - with full enjoyment! Get inspired by delicious gourmet recipes, trendy finger food and great menu creations - all vegetarian or vegan, Ayurvedic and delicious.

5) Professional Ayurvedic cuisine - Panchakarma and light diet

Ayurvedically, it is recommended to take time out every now and then, even as a healthy person. Depending on the basic constitution and needs of the body, the diet looks different during this time. In this one-day course, you will learn about the different options of light diets.

In addition, you will learn how to prepare yourself ideally for a cure and what you should pay attention to afterwards in terms of nutrition.
