Healthy enjoyment and culinary delights a` la Ayurveda

Ayurvedic cuisine is known for its delicious recipe creations. Whether vegan, vegetarian or with fish and meat, the Ayurvedic principles can be adapted to suit every taste.

Some people want to completely avoid animal products for personal reasons. Others are looking for a healthy and sustainable diet that also includes animal products. In this cooking course, you will learn how to create versatile menus for gourmets that can be tailored to the different needs of guests - from vegan, vegetarian or with fish and meat. Cook according to the holistic nutritional approaches of Ayurvedic cuisine and enjoy delicious Ayurvedic gourmet recipes.

5) Professional Ayurveda cuisine - Panchakarma and light meals
