You will learn holistic concepts for treatment methodology as well as recommendations on nutrition, medicinal plants and rituals for women's health in all phases of life and development: From puberty to pregnancy and the menopause.

There is also a focus on mental health and stress-related complaints. Women, who can be particularly affected by the balancing act between work and family, can find a natural and effective balance with Ayurveda.
