The healing principles of Ayurveda are not only applicable to humans, but can be used for the health of plants and animals. Thereby Ayurveda is not a substitute for modern veterinary medicine, but it can contribute decisively to increase the health and mental balance of animals as well as their harmonious relationship with humans. In practice, it has been shown that animals respond quickly and successfully to Ayurvedic therapy and react very flexibly and openly to profound changes, healing and strengthening.

Theresa Sita Rosenberg

Theresa Rosenberg was able to gain a lot of practical experience with the Ayurvedic art of healing and living in Europe and India at a young age. Parallel to her university studies in Ayurveda medicine MSc, she completed her training as a naturopath. Today, she applies her extensive knowledge as a medical spa director, lecturer and internationally sought-after seminar and workshop leader. An important focus of her work as an Ayurveda expert and book author is in her specialist field of "Ayurveda for animals". She is the developer, lecturer and director of modern online training courses for "Ayurveda Animal Health Coach" and "Ayurveda Animal Therapist". She also acts as General Secretary of the IAVA (International Association for Veterinary Ayurveda) in Odisha. Her responsibilities include the training and further education of veterinarians in veterinary Ayurveda medicine.

On the campus of the European Academy of Ayurveda there are guest houses available. For your overnight stay during the training you can choose from rooms of different categories. Ayurvedic full board from our organic kitchen is included in the room price.

Term paper

This practical module ends with a term paper on an Ayurvedic topic of your choice (dog, cat or horse). You will perform a documented Ayurvedic constitutional assessment and consultation, which you will submit to the instructor.

If you are successful, you will reap the fruits of your labor: Your certificate of participation will be sent to you by email and is also available for you to download from the learning platform.
