Practice of Ayurvedic massage and manual therapy for animals

Practical practice and application under professional guidance

This course teaches the various Ayurvedic massage techniques and holistic forms of treatment of the musculoskeletal system in practice.
Learn to adapt your massage and therapy form to the animal and to apply it successfully in practice:
- massage grips, the herbal stamp massage and energy pathway stretching directly on the horse and dog try and apply.
- Select suitable oils and massage techniques specifically for the animal and coordinate further treatment options.
- Application and therapy form by Matra-Bastis and Niruha-Bastis (enemas).

On the campus of the European Academy of Ayurveda there are guest houses available. For your overnight stay during the training you can choose from rooms of different categories. Ayurvedic full board from our organic kitchen is included in the room price.

Term paper

This practical module ends with a term paper on an Ayurvedic topic of your choice (dog, cat or horse). You will perform a documented Ayurvedic massage/manulatherapy, which you will submit to the instructor.

If you are successful, you will reap the fruits of your labor: Your certificate of participation will be sent to you by email and is also available for you to download from the learning platform.
