Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy for Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally renowned specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with trainees and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for Ayurvedic cooking as a chef and cooking course instructor at the Birstein Ayurveda Center. As an author, she has published numerous Ayurveda books, some of them bestsellers in Ayurveda literature in German-speaking countries.

Win Silvester can look back on decades of successful self-employment. During this time, he has developed from a fitness and health trainer to a two-time book author, a mental coach in top international sport and a much sought-after speaker in corporate health management and leadership development. He holds an MA in Health Management and an MSc in Applied Psychology. As a lecturer and course leader for "Ayurveda Health Coach (IHK)", Win has already helped numerous Ayurveda specialists to turn their vision into reality and successfully launch their (partial) self-employment.
