Ayurveda, gut, psyche and NM intolerances

Dietetics and psychosomatics for food intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome and other diseases of the digestive system

This seminar sheds light on the holistic connections between the most common diet-related illnesses - from food intolerances and irritable bowel syndrome to eating disorders.
The focus is on the psychological and psychosomatic aspects of nutritional and behavioral symptoms. In addition to Ayurvedic dietary recipes and therapeutic recommendations to strengthen gastrointestinal health, it is important to understand the multi-layered levels of stressed, disturbed or compulsive eating behavior in order to offer holistic advice.
Supervision and practical work based on case studies strengthen the advisory skills and round off this intensive practical seminar.
