This seminar in Ayurvedic Phythotherapy combines Western and Ayurvedic herbal medicine to utilize the local wealth of medicinal plants for Ayurvedic treatment practice.

According to the classical Ayurvedic scriptures, the healing powers of those substances grow best in the immediate environment of the sick person. In this sense we want to consciously perceive native medicinal plants, wild herbs, fruits, barks and roots in their nature and signature, classify them according to Ayurvedic principles and process them as effective remedies.

The experienced Ayurvedic physician and phytotherapist Dr. med. Kalyani Nagersheth will specifically address recipes that promote female health during this weekend. Learn which herbs have proven effective for typical women's ailments and what supports women particularly well in their various phases of life.

Dr. Kalyani Nagersheth

Dr. med. Kalyani Nagersheth is the medical director of the Rosenberg Cure and Health Center in Birstein and teaches as a specialist lecturer to future Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners as part of the study of Ayurvedic medicine at the European Academy of Ayurveda. The experienced Ayurvedic doctor has been practicing in Frankfurt am Main since 2000. She is a specialist in rehabilitative and physical medicine, with an additional qualification in naturopathy, and is trained in medical psychotherapy. In addition, she has written several books and, as a lecturer, conveys her profound knowledge and love of Ayurvedic medicinal plants in an extremely lively manner.
