Ayurveda nutrition as medicine in therapeutic practice

Kerstin Rosenberg runs the European Academy for Ayurveda together with her husband. The internationally renowned specialist in Ayurveda and nutrition has been training people in Ayurveda nutrition and health counseling, psychology and therapy throughout Europe since 1996. She has 30 years of Ayurveda practice experience and is in daily contact with trainees and spa guests. She lives her enthusiasm and profession for Ayurvedic cooking as a chef and cooking course instructor at the Birstein Ayurveda Center. As an author, she has published numerous Ayurveda books, some of them bestsellers in Ayurveda literature in German-speaking countries.

Prof. Dr. Tanuja Nesari MD (Ayu) PhD is an Ayurvedic Physician, Professor and Head of the Department of Medicinal Plants and Pharmacology at the All India Institute (AIIA) in Delhi. In 2018, she was appointed Director General of AIIA, the apex ayurvedic institute of the Government of India. She is recognized as one of the leading authorities on Ayurvedic nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and medicinal herbal medicine. She is also the director of Ayurveda Rasashala, an Indian pharmaceutical company, and has many years of experience as a teacher and researcher.
