You will learn Ayurvedic talk therapy and life counseling with integrated training of spiritual Ayurvedic therapies and discover the true nature of the human being based on the Ayurvedic constitutional teachings. While learning the techniques for sensitive perception, energy work, meditation and conversation skills, self-awareness and psychological counseling skills for coaching practice are combined.

Learning objectives

The training to become a psychological Ayurveda counselor is a profound and practical training in applied psychology and conversation management according to Ayurvedic tradition. You gain access to the philosophical and psychological concepts of Ayurveda and receive effective techniques of conversation and therapy to strengthen people
their mental health. A spiritual personality training supports you in your own development process.

As a Psychological Ayurveda Consultant you will learn

The training to become a Psychological Ayurveda Consultant comprises 8 training modules and can be completedin two stages:

  1. Specialized course to become an Ayurveda Mental Coach - also possible completely online.
  2. Postgraduate course to become a certified Psychological Ayurveda Consultant

Learning checks and examination

In this training, you demonstrate that you have internalized the knowledge from this course in the following ways.

- Learning checks: Each module ends with a learning check to assure you and us that you have achieved the learning objectives. It contains 20 multiple choice questions and must be passed with at least 70%. You can take the learning check a maximum of three times.

- Qualification test: After completing the modules ABK, ABH, APE and AKO you will be activated on the learning platform for a qualification test as an "Ayurveda Mental Coach". You will be asked 8 multiple choice questions. You have two attempts to answer them correctly. If you pass, you already have your first certificate in your pocket.

The exam to become a Psychological Ayurveda Consultant consists of 4 parts.

- Practical case: Case documentation of an anamnesis and counseling interview of a client

- Written final paper on a freely selectable Ayurveda psychology topic

- Written final exam (digital) with 50 multiple choice questions, duration: 1.5 hours. With 70% correct answers you pass the exam. Thanks to our online learning database you can optimally prepare for this day.

- Oral final exam: Feedback discussion on your homework and practical case as well as in-depth and networked questions on your specialist topic.

The written and oral final exams take place on the same day at one of the official exam dates. You register in advance. You submit your practical case and your written final paper no later than 4 weeks before this date.

The final examination is considered to have been passed if all parts of the examination have been passed at least. The exam or individual parts of it can be repeated a maximum of 2 times.

Have you done it all? Then you can look forward to your final certificate, which we will send to you by mail.
