This seminar is the first step to get in touch with the therapeutic detox and special treatments of Ayurveda. Because in addition to its relaxing oil massages, the Ayurvedic treatment catalog includes other very effective treatments that refresh, detoxify, relieve pain or reduce weight in body and mind: These include Garshan, the massage with raw silk gloves, which can be performed in a gentle or dynamic way, and Pristabhyanga, the holistic back treatment. You will learn to apply both in this three-day practical seminar in a comprehensive and type-appropriate way.

Garshan, the silk glove massage, is a simple massage technique with an intensive detox effect - ideal for all Kapha types to vitalize and stimulate the metabolism. The Pristhabhyanga, Ayurvedic back massage also gives lightness and relief from tension and pain. The deep massage strokes and strokes from the lower back to the shoulders and neck are performed with selected Ayurvedic oils (Thaila), which help to release blocking tensions and stress-related blockages.

In this practice intensive seminar you will learn everything you need for curative and clinical Ayurveda therapy: From the effective Pinda Sveda treatments - massages with warm gauze bags filled with special herbal, rice or lemon-coconut mixtures to the professional execution of the Shirodhara oil forehead cast - with these treatments you can shine in every Ayurveda cure.
Another therapeutic highlight are the oil treatments of the sensory organs - such as Nasya (nasal oiling), Akshi Nehatarpana (eye bath), Karna-Purana (ear enema), which are used in Ayurveda to strengthen the nervous system and treat vata-related diseases.
