Mental coaching, practice and success strategies

In this module, you will supplement the Ayurveda skills you have already acquired with knowledge of Ayurvedic counseling techniques and diagnosis. You will also be given strategies for successful practice management.

Please note that you must attend modules 1 and 2 and meet other requirements in order to practise a trade in Austria.

How is the training structured?

The recognized further training in Ayurveda wellbeing practice lasts a total of 3 years and comprises 765 hours of training and an internship.

Coaching, success strategies, practice management + 100 hours of e-learning (conventional medical supplement)

The modular training structure enables a flexible training schedule, tailored to the participant's life situation and time constraints. We are happy to advise you!

Contents Module 3
This module supplements the Ayurveda skills you have already acquired with knowledge of Ayurvedic psychology and diagnosis. You will also be given strategies for successful practice management.

People without previous medical knowledge also take part in an external e-learning course. In addition to the 40 hours already integrated in the modules, this course teaches you a further 100 hours of conventional medical basics, together = 140 hours.
The online course is offered in cooperation with our partner EPWA.

Examination
The final examination includes a practical case documentation, a written examination and a supervised project presentation.
The following achievements must be demonstrated for admission to the examination:

  • a 50-hour internship at Rosenberg Ayurveda Kurzentrum or another recognized Ayurveda practitioner or hotel
  • at least 140 hours of anatomy, physiology, hygiene, emergency with completed examination

Trade license
In order to subsequently obtain the restricted Ayurveda wellness practitioner trade license, modules 1 and 2 must also be attended and the following requirements must be met:

  • complete attendance of all training modules
  • a passed final examination
  • 50 supervised treatments during the massage module
  • independent documentation of 100 treatments
  • First aid certificate, not older than 5 years

  • Seeing with the heart - energy work and solution approaches in working with the body sheaths (koshas)

Practical techniques of anamnesis, diagnosis and therapy planning
You will be able to
- take an anamnesis with all aspects independently and attentively
- determine the basic ayurvedic constitution (prakriti) and the mental-spiritual constitution (sattva)
- perform the ayurvedic examinations (rogi pariksha), i.e. the three-, eight-, eight- and eight-point constitutions of the Ayurveda.i.e. to carry out the three-, eight- and ten-fold diagnosis safely. incl. pulse and tongue diagnosis
- recognize the Ayurvedic pathophysiological disorders (vikriti)
- apply the Ayurvedic principles and proceed systematically

How much does the Ayurveda training cost?

Guest houses are available on the campus of the European Academy of Ayurveda. You can choose from rooms of different categories for your overnight stay during the training. Ayurvedic full board from our organic kitchen is included in the room price.

b) Option for participants from Germany and Austria: monthly installments of EUR 250 each by direct debit. Payment (direct debit) of the monthly installments is made on the 1st of each month, starting from the month of the start of the training booked here, immediately for eAcademy modules. If the training starts with eAcademy modules, the activation is provisionally carried out immediately after receipt of the down payment, regularly after receipt of the first monthly installment.
